The island of Ischia is connected to the main land with ferries or hidrofoile, they leave every hour from 'Molo Beverello'(The main port), from Mergellina (2nd port of Naples, only hidrofoile) and from Pozzuoli (only ferries) . Arriving by plane to Napoli Capodichino, you need to reach Molo Beverello (Line Lauro e Caremar) or Mergellina (Line Lauro e Snav) by taxi or bus Arriving by train or coming from the train station you can take a taxi or a direct bus to the port which is 2 Km away. Arriving by car from the high-way exit Napoli go through 'Tangenziale di Napoli 'you can then reach the port of Naples or Pozzuoli (Ferries: Traghetti Pozzuoli e Caremar).
