At the traffic lights turn left and follow Corso Matuzia, then Corso Imperatrice and Via Roma until the end; turn left in Via Manzoni (follow instructions to Piazza Colombo), go straight on in Via Marsaglia; at the traffic round turn right and right again onto the first street you find. That is Via Pallavicino 17.
