The Hotel Villa Edera is located a few steps away from the public landings to St. Mark's Square, 10 minutes away by waterbus (vaporetto). The waterbus lines 1, 52, 6 and 14 leave every 5 - 10 minutes during the day and every 20 minutes during the night (return ticket costs 5.16; 1-day pass 9.33; 3-day pass 18.08). It is very easy to reach the hotel: From the motorway: just follow the signs to Venezia until the end of the long bridge over the lagoon, where you will see signs to Tronchetto Park. This is the parking terminal, from which a ferry brings cars directly to the Lido (departs every 45 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive). From the airport there are two ways to reach the hotel. The easier one: at the airport exit towards the lagoon you will find the public waterbus Alilaguna that brings you to Lido Island, the second stop after Murano island (departs every hour, takes 45 minutes, price 10.85 per person). The second way is to take the public bus at the exit on the road directly to the bus terminal Piazzale Roma (15 mins, ticket 3.10) and there change to the public waterbus line 51 which departs every 20 minutes directly to the Lido (30 minutes trip). From the railway station: at the exit you will find the public waterbus line 51 which departs every 20 minutes directly to the Lido (30 minutes trip). Once you get off at Venice Lido, just follow the large main avenue across the square for about 150 metres, until you see the Via Negroponte (second street left after the big hotel 'Le Boulevard'). A few steps down the street, you will be in front of the hotel.
