By car, for those coming from the north, it is advisable to take the Autostrada del Sole and exit at the Sasso Marconi tollbooth. That will leave a 43 km drive on the Porrettana state highway. For those coming from the south, we recommend the Autostrada Firenze-Mare with exit at the Pistoia tollbooth. That will leave a drive of 39 km .
