From the Railway Station: Follow the indication to the Leaning tower and then when your next to it follow the sign to the Hotel Francesco. Santa Maria is along the street that goes from the tower to the river, we are nearer to the tower. From Galileo Galilei Pisa International Airport: it's very easy and is well indicated, just follow the sign to the tower and just be careful at the only one way street.
